Can I use Disney reward card to pay for Cirque?

I would like to buy tickets ahead of time. I have a $100 card that I need to use - my trip and dining is all paid. Can I give them my reward card number on the phone and just pay for the rest of the total with my credit card?
 
anyone know if you can use these reward cards when you call Disney to make reservations?
