Can I use Disney Magical Express if I leave a name off?

I'm DVC Member and heading down next week, but I'm thinking of buying a "partial" Disney Dining Plan.

So what I want to do is "remove" my younger son (10) from my reservation, so I can just buy 2 Dining Plans instead of 3, since we always left a few credits behind on the last trips.

However - then I can't put his name on the Disney Magical Express. So our reservation will only show 2 names. Will they still take him? Even if he isn't on our reservation?
Do they get upset if there are more people waiting for the Bus then the original reservation stated?

No, each person must be listed on the reservation to ride magical express.

No he will not be able to use ME, plus, he will be ineligible for any Extra Magic Hours as he will not be a registered resort guest (he could even be denied access to the pool).

No tonly will he not be able to board the Magical Express, but he won't get a Key to the World Card either. That means no Extended Magic Hours for him. I hope if you go this route, he doesn't feel left out.
