You can use it to enter, you can't use it for discounts or FPs. You can ask for a FP card at a ride, which you may or may not get depending on if they have any at that ride.

Yes, you can use it to enter, but on the app it says that you must have the physical card for fastpass and discounts. I've never tried getting a fastpass without the card as SMD says.
