Can I use a TS for 2 CS ?

Can you turn a TS into 2 CS meals ?
I thought I read something the other day about it?

If so can you just have three CS meals a day on the regular dining plan instead of a 1 TS and 1 CS meal???

If yes... Is there anything special you need to do?

I need the answer to that too. I received the email for the free dining for 09/28-10/11 but Dd doesn't do TS very well. If I can trade the TS credits for something else we may take the deal.

No, sorry! You can (during free dining) switch 1 TS for 1 CS with a bonus, but you do not get double CS credits! It is simply a one for one switch. The bonus this year is your choice of a mesh bag or 2 snacks. If you do want to make a switch (we did this last year for 4 TS credits), you simply tell the CM at the CS. Have a wonderful trip!
