I was wondering if Starbucks gift cards bought off property are honored at the Starbucks on Disney properties? Can anyone confirm this?

Yes to Starbucks gift cards, no to rewards. I think you can redeem rewards at Disney Springs, though.

Hook the GC up to your Starbucks rewards account and you'll earn stars, too.

(can't redeem rewards, but you do earn them)

As others have said, you can use Starbuck gift cards to pay for your purchase at the in-park Starbucks location. If you have app, you can also use that to pay. You can earn stars, but you cannot redeem rewards at the in-park locations. Also, the in-park locations generally do not participate in the promotions.
