Can I use a Disney visa reward card at Disney premier outlet near Disney?

I have looked online and can't find the answer. I'm an Disney now and have some left over $ on my gift card I got from my chase points and I'm wondering if I can use it at the premier character outlet. I believe I have read that it is Disney run and they workers are considered cast members. Thanks for the info!
