You can give it away, will it or sell it. Disney has a right of first refusal (ROFR) as to a sale, and also waives ROFR as a matter of course for a gift or inheritance. You cannot sell or transfer only part of your contract, e.g., if you buy a 160 point contract, when you go to sell or otherwise transfer ownership you cannot split it into two 80 point deals. That is particularly important for estate planning -- you can't leave half to one child and half to another (although you can will it jointly to both). Note if you buy two conctracts, for example buy 160 points now and then a 50 point add-on later, you can sell or transfer one of those without the other because those are two separate contracts and ownership interests.
As with any home ownership, your ability to transfer ownership will be affected by any mortgage loan you have on it, i.e., you won't be able to sell it without paying off the mortgage as part of the transaction.
