when is the last day to purchase the dinning plan..arriving tuesday can i still add the plan ???

Provided you already have a package (room+tickets), you should be easily able to add it no less than 72 hours in advance of your check-in date. You will have to pay in full at the time you add it. It is possible, but highly unlikely, they may charge you a change fee of $50.

It is also possible that since you are within a week of arrival you will be charged $15 to make any changes to a package.

If Tuesday 2/28 is your arrival day, it looks like you have through Friday to add a dining plan.
