Can I sign up for Jedi Training Academy During EMH?

Will be at HS March on a day with EMH. I've seen different things regarding the ability to sign up for Jedi Academy during EMH. I'd rather not lose the entire EMH standing in line....best as I can tell they start sign up "sometime during EMH".

Does anyone have personal experience where they opened JA sign up at 8 am?

Recent reports say that they do begin signing at or near 8AM.

Whether that will continue for "every" AM EMH remains to be seen.

I'm in the parks today and two JTA CMs confirmed JTA sign-ups begin when the park opens for EMH. When I asked if all JTA slots could potentially be filled during that EMH hour, they confirmed it happens on a regular basis. It's an ongoing concern but they are directed to begin sign-ups as soon as EMH begins.
