It is soooooo easy to rebook lower fares with them... I jsut changed our December flights from the 16th- 22nd to the 15th-22nd and saved $670!!!!

Adding a day saved us a lot and all I had to do was click a few buttons on their website! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!

gosh I love them too! My dh and I bought two tickets albany to fort lauderdale with a return from mco. Our dates were from today till the 19 then we had to change our plans and were able to change our res. online for the 10-22 to mco and back. Then we changed my flight to this wed. We were able to do this all online and did not have to pay any fees. What other airline would let you do that?

i just got home and saw a ding from pvd to mco for around $42...i cancelled my previous reservation and immediately was able to take the ticketless funds and use them to book the ding fare.

love their online functionality!

now if only my return date was open!!!
