Can i request a change in room at check-in

Granted this would only be if there is availability......would I be out of line to ask for a resort change amoung the ALL STAR RESORTS.....my reservation is for ALL STAR SPORTS......if I ask at the front desk to be switched to ALL STAR MOVIES.....would they be able to look into that for me.....or will I be looked at like I have 5 Heads................just a question............since I stayed at the Sports Resort before, I would like to experience one of the other ALL STAR resorts.......thank you very much to whoever helps me out with this question.......THANKS

If you want to stay at another resort, then I would suggest calling beforehand and getting your reservation changed. It will save you much time at check in, and chances are much better that there will be availability now than the day that you arrive.

We'll be @ASMu Sept.14-21. DH decided we could go down a day early so I called to get one day added. No luck. The only thing they had open was a family suite (no kids this trip so didn't want to spend the extra $)@ ASMu or a standard room @ ASSp (booked it). No other values had rooms available. That being said, keep calling! You never know when someone will cancel!
