Can I refund my tickets??

I bought my tickets through the Universal website. May have found a better deal that includes tickets. Can I get a refund on the ones I bought originally??

Is the better deal you found with Universal?

If the better deal you found isn't with Universal, I doubt they will refund as it does say on their website ticket sales are non refundable.

It's through a package deal with universal, but the hotel is non refundable so it's a moot point now. I missed out on free quick service and a lower price, just kicking myself for booking hastely!
