I did last year - had to call and get the accoutning department. From there, they faxed me a form to fill out. I had to do that and add my credit card to it and fax it back. It was a bit of a hassle but it was nice to know that everything was paid for and I would not have to worry about ensuring that I had ample space on my credit cards
