Can I pick up pre-ordered tickets for other people?

I purchased 4 2-day tickets for some members of our party who are arriving later than we are. We will be offsite. I used my credit card and have the will-call sheets. Can I pick up all 4 of these tickets at Guest Relations myself, or do they have to do it individually? I really want to their tickets all set before they get there.

1. Yes.
2. Only APs require the person who will be using the AP to be present and show ID.
