We are stating offsite at Windsor Hills - but I would LOVE to see POP and have Mickey waffles at their food court ... Is it possible to park there if you aren't a guest???? Thanks!
There is seldom a problem to visit a resort and park your car so you can dine there. It's leaving your car there after you finish eating to go to a theme park that is frowned on.
You'll be fine. And I doubt you will even get the three hour parking pass but you might. There aren't that many people who will park at the Pop Century and then visit the theme parks.
A simple "I'd like to see the resort and get something at the food court" will suffice for the gate guard. It would be nice if you parked in the check in parking area instead of the areas nearer the rooms.
