Can I order from the kids menu at BOG?

Hi guys!

I secured a lunch reservation for BOG next month because my gf really wants to experience it!

My problem is I'm such a picky eater and only found things I want to eat on the kids menu. But I noticed it says "9 and under"

I'm wondering if this is enforced during BOG's quick service time?
or if anyone has successfully ordered from the kids menu?

You won't have any problem, but the portion may be a bit small.

DH always orders from the kid's menu for lunch there (I opt for soup and a cupcake). It's plenty of food. I've found that the food portions at Disney (well, and at restaurants in general) are humongous. The kid's meals are generally appropriately sized for an adult and the adult portions are appropriately sized for an elephant.

DH and I both order kid's meals at most counter service places. It's definitely not a problem.

Disney is pretty accommodating. Sometimes, they will make you pay a higher dollar amount to order off the kid's menu, when you're not actually a kid. But, if they do that, they will also give you larger adult sized portions of that meal.

Good to know, because my "child", age 10, is a dining "adult". No dining plan this trip! I think I will look at the BOG child's menu for myself--thanks for the idea (wonder if it will work with the pre-order online. . .) First time there for lunch--hope you two enjoy it as well!

I have ordered the shrimp on the kids meal at lunch twice now and no one bats an eye. (Which is delicious, btw)

I can confirm yes - did this 2 weeks ago so I could enjoy a Master's Cupcake too!

And I was able to do this on pre-order.

Thanks everyone! I'm excited to visit BOG more now that I know I will have something I can enjoy! I seriously considered getting French fries and a cupcake lol
