This board is pretty awesome. So far I have been in alot of discussions were it could get heated and off topic but people here, especially the DVC section, tend to discuss things like adults even when the issues are ones they feel passionate about. Thanks everyone for being so amazing. It is even hard to have real life discussion that stays so civil with such thought out responses. It is great here

Those are nice comments, and I agree that the vast majority of the time, people here are respectful of opinions of others.

I do think we all get a little defensive if we think our favorite resort is being "bashed", but in general, the discussions here are pretty good without getting personal and nasty (unlike other forums I've visited on other sites).

What I really like is the way the people are so willing to share their knowledge, their tips, their expertise....even for questions that keep getting asked over and over again because new posters show up.

This is a very nice community, and I for one appreciate all candid opinions and information.

So I'll echo your sentiments and thank everyone for all their contributions here!

This board is great! Everyone is so dedicated to ensuring that factual information is passed along on this board. Many are talented in developing useful programs for DVC members and we even have a few statisticians!

I echo these comments. I've "met" some really nice people here.

By the way, we're coming up to our 1 year "anniversary" of looking into DVC. Last year at this time I somehow found out about resales of DVC, and on the 4th of July, I actually called Disney to inquire about it, but of course, all guides were off. Somehow I found this board and eventually called a broker who answered the phone and gave me some inforamation., yes, it was the 4th of July! Disney took our first attempt in ROFR, so we bought direct. However, the VB resale was through that broker, and we have been very happy.

I live this site. Everyone seems to be willing to help one another with their questions and provide good insight into DVC. So far, I have mainly just stayed on the DVC forum, I guess I need to branch out more.
