Can I Have An Annamated Background?

Hello! I am running an AcerPower, on Windows 98 (2nd Edition). I have Internet Explorer 6.0 and I was wondering if I could have the 100 Years pins be annimated for my background. If so, how?

Go to your Desk top and right click,then click properties.Click the Background tab at the top then click browse.This will pop up a window,choose your file and click open,it will then preview it in the window.Just click OK and you're all set.

OR just right click on your clipart and click set as wallpaper.

I tryed that and its just a still verion. Can it be my background and still flash? The grafic is the one in my info.

Did you do it the first way I explained? It worked for me.If it means anything to you,it doesn't look very good as wallpaper,so don't feel too bad if it doesn't work for you.

Dan, I tried it too and it worked for me. I didn't use the "Set as Wallpaper". I did it two ways.

1. I copied the file to my system and set it as background. Of course it will require that you turn on Active Desktop.

2. I just went in and turned on Active Desktop and set the current page to display to the address of the clipart.

I have to agree with Dan. It doesn't make for a good background at all.
