We are booked at one of the resorts mentioned in the room discounts for fall. But we have a package deal. Can I call and have the discount applied to the room portion of my package?

No, you cannot apply a room only discount to a package.

i have tried to do this in the past and have not been allowed to do it. If they can good for them. That would be great for anyone to do that.

i have tried to do this in the past and have not been allowed to do it. If they can good for them. That would be great for anyone to do that.

I booked 2 RO reservations this morning with the new discount and was asked if I wanted to add tickets and DDP. If they can book a new package under a RO discount offer, they can modify one as well. If you try to do it again in the future and are told no, I'd hang up and call back or ask to speak to a supervisor.
Just wanted to let you know that I did just this today, I had a package booked and was able to apply the RO promo to the "room" portion of our reservation, kept the same res # it was very simple!
Good luck- I was on hold for just under 2 hrs!
