Can I get Dining Plan if I use a room/ticket only TA package?

I am considering a great package with Magical Vacations, but they say the Dining Plan is not available with the package. Is there another way to buy the dining plan besides purchasing a Magic Your Way package?

Not unless you are a DVC member staying using points.
It's good they told you up front you cannot add a DDP. Most book through Expedia or whatever and try to find a way around it afterwards.
A room only is just that -- room only. In this case sounds like you have a room only and buying tickets. Each are a separate purchase and are not a WDTC package. And the DDP is from WDTC.

I tried to add dining last year every which way and backwards, and could not. I finally realized it was pointless and paid OOP for food during my nights at the Poly (TA rate) and did a split stay at POR with free dining for the first 4 nights. Only compromise I could think of... maybe you can try that?

Im pretty sure that disney offers the same packages for the same prices that Magical Vacations offers but you can get the DDP with Disney.
