Can I get anything through WDW Merchandise?

I was going to look for a pin that I hear is coming out this weekend but did not know I could order just that through them. I know I am going to pay a ton of money for shipping, but I thought I would get a couple for my son as little before we go presents.

Does anyone have the phone number or e-mail address for this? I have been looking for Jasmine gold shoes size 11-12 forever on Disneydeals and e-bay for Halloween and I may have to break down and get them through them. I'd like to at least find out how much the total would be.

For Limited edition items, they sometimes can't get it.

I called WDW Merchandise and tried to get a Star Wars Jedi Mickey from Star Wars weekends this year, the CM said that they could not get them until after the event, if they had any left. I even called back several times that first day of SW weekends and I got the same answer.

I never did get one. I guess I need to get one off ebay.

I passed an elderly gentleman in a restaurant a few years back. I stopped him to ask where he purchased his Disney golf shirt (my DW thought I was crazy). The next day I called the WDW merchandise dept. gave a detailed description of the shirt to a CM. To my surprise, about an hour later that same CM called me back and said she found the shirt I had described. I still have the shirt in my closet (missing a button) but the call was certainly worth it..... Good luck

There have also been reports of Disney Vacation Club members being unable to order DVC-specific items from Merchandise Mail Order.
