FROM Disney springs to magic kingdom? We do we have to go to a resort from Disney springs?

No. No buses from DS to any park. If driving, guests park in the appropriate park lot.

Actually it isn't sometimes and not only at the end of the night.

It starts at, I think, 4pm.

Buses don't run from Disney Springs to the park, people would use it to avoid the park parking fee. People would never find a parking spot at Disney Springs.

Well, you CAN get to a WDW theme park by using Disney buses.
You just need to do so by way of a WDW resort.
If you are at Disney Springs and want to go to MK, one way is to take the DS bus to
the Contemporary Resort and take the short walk to MK.
(You could also take the monorail from the Contemporary Resort to MK,
but that would take longer than walking.)

You can walk from Disney Springs to Saratoga Springs Resort and catch a bus to any of the Parks there(but NOT if you have a car parked at Disney Springs-that is not allowed.)

right....but I only saw with my own eyes the one from Epcot, so I wouldn't know the validity of the statement for any other parks....and 4pm on is rather end to me (especially when I am getting up at 5am to get to stinkin MK EMH at 7am hahaha)

There is a public announcement from Disney about the start of the bus service to DS, from all parks, beginning at 4:00. So don't even need to see this one with your own eyes to know it applies to all parks and the time

Yup....I heard this announcement myself for the first time. Our driver to the AK said that we could catch a bus FROM the AK over to Disney Springs starting at 4pm...."but not until 4pm...don't try to get there for lunch, folks" (she was very funny!). She also pointed out that it was true for all of the parks...one-way bus service TO Disney Springs starts every day at 4pm.

My limited experience, bus service between resorts and Disney springs isn't very good, particularly during the day. Consider Uber or Lyft, at least one way.
