I ordered stamps online LAST Friday, the 12th, and STILL haven't received them! I emailed them 3 days ago, asking for a response, and they emailed me back with a link to a customer service survey! I then tried the phone center tree (toughest one I ever, ever encountered), and was finally transfered to a rep - got a recording saying they're closed.I need these stamps (holiday) for my 100 christmas cards which have been done for 2 weeks now. I don't want to buy them locally, because what the heck am I going to do with 100 holiday stamps after christmas?! I pay bill online, and have enough forever stamps to last for years!
I ordered online because their website claims 2 - 5 business days for delivery, and I had time (10 days ago that is). So frustrating!

If it was ONLY the survey and nothing else, write them back! Because that's a rep that didn't read anything you wrote.
