Can I download Kits w/o Software???

There are some freebies I would like to have but I don't have my software yet. Can I go ahead and download the kits??

Yes, you can. I have been downloading and saving things I see so if I do decide to go digital I have them. I have been playing around with them in Microsoft Publisher just to get a feel for it before I buy any software.
