Can I do Disney and Warner studio tours in one day?

I’m considering flying out for D23’s Disney Studios Tour, and I see Warner Bros. is right down the street. How much time should I allow between the tours if I want to do both in one day, if possible?

We did the Warner Bros tour a year ago and I think we were finished in less than three hours. A lot depends on how long you take to linger over exhibits. The back lot part of the tour was about an hour long.

Maybe do the Disney Studio first in your day. I haven't done the Warner Brothers tour so I don't know how that one runs but I've done the Disney one twice.

The last time we did the Disney one we had a 9:30 am tour and we left the Studio lot after shopping at the Studio store a little before 12:30pm. After the guided tour the only thing to really linger over is shopping at the store if you are interested. So if you did a later afternoon Warner Brothers tour then you could have a decent lunch somewhere after the Disney tour. Maybe lunch at the Tam O'Shanter and sit at the Disney table.
