I added on at BLT and have developer point from it. I am going to add on at VGC and was thinking of getting a different use year as I visit DL at different times as WDW. My question. I was thinking of depositing the points into RCI for a trade. Would I be able to combine both points? I know I would have to get a different member number since I would be getting a different use year. I have done this before and then sold those points only because no one liked the resort I bought.

Developer points aren't linked to a resort or a UY.

Also realize that if you want a different Use Year you would need to purchase the 160 point minimum. If it's an add-on it will have the same Use Year as your Master Contract.

But they are tied to a membership number and there would be two separate memberships. Only DVC/DVD can answer this for certain. One would have to ask them but I bet they can get it done if need be.

I want to add on 220 points, (need that many since points are so high here)so it would be enough for a new master contract. My guide is gone for a few days and was just wondering if I could add 50 developer point from my BLT purchase to get a two bedroom from RCI, to use sometime in the next two years... I don't really like Saratoga springs and I seem to get better AP rates then using points right now at DL.

Yes, I believe MS can combine the DPs from two purchases for a World Passport deposit.

Good luck! :)
