Yes. Depending on how close to the cruise it is, there may be a charge.

I have switched four people. Person #1 removed (around 150 days to sail date), person #2 added (around 100 days), person #3 removed and person #4 added (less than 30 days). I am the lead person on the reservation so no problem up until the less than 30 days. There's a $50.00 charge to a name.

Just remember - NEVER use the word “cancel” to the reservations agent unless you are truly cancelling the whole reservation.
