Can I cancel my ASMu code ressie for Saturday as late as Thursday...

and still get a full refund?? We drive out of San Antonio Friday right after school and I'm hoping that Isidore will have moved out of LA by the time we drive through. However, with Lily I'm not so sure that we'll be able to make a safe drive to Orlando by Saturday night for our ASMu one night ressie. (We don't check into BCV until Sunday.) Has anyone ever had to cancel a ressie at the last minute due to hurricane weather?? Were you able to get a full refund??

Unless they suspend the regular rules (five days before check-in), you won't be able to get a refund cancelling that late.

I have to say for a Saturday night arrival you would have to cancel by Monday. Disney has a 5 day cancel policy.

I just called and spoke to a cm about the same thing, We live in Louisiana and are suppose to arrive Saturday. not sure what the weather is going to do ,she check with her supervisor and said that being it is a weather issue it is uncontrolable and that as long as you give them a 24 hour notice that you would be able to get a full refund. Thanks, Simbasmom. For the record, I was fully aware of the 5 day cancellation policy. My question was more aimed at those who have had weather related issues that pop up so close to their checkin. I'm sure we'll be able to get there by Sunday, just not so sure about making it in time for Sat. night if the rains slow our driving considerably. I don't have any expectations that AllStars should refund us Saturday night, but thought someone out there might have previous experience with this.

Hi: I am not an expert but I was once told by a cm reservationist that if you are just postponing by a day because of something uncontrollable, but not completely cancelling that would be okay with them and they would not take money away from you. We drive and I always worry about our car breaking down or snow if it is winter, it takes us 22 hrs to drive to wdw.

But who knows if things have changed, I would give them a quick call just to make sure and get the person's name that gives you your answer and keep it with you. Bye,
