Can I book FP same time as ADR?

So tonight's the big night.... FastPass party at my house! Yay (sarcasm).

I had a question, as a FP newbie. Can I book a FP at the same time as an ADR? I have some that I'm sure I will release if I can score a good time on something like A&E. But will the system not show me those available times or not allow me to book the FP if I still have the dining ADR in the system?

No, you can't book FP on top of an existing ADR.

Yes you can.
You may get a "warning" of the conflict, but you can ignore that and book the FP+ anyway.

Yes, you're right - now that I'm thinking about it, it let me book 7D at the same time as lunch at the Liberty Tree last fall.

We did this during our last stay. We booked an 11:30 ADR at BOG but had a 11:15-12:15 FP+ for 7DMT. We just overrode the conflict and rode 7DMT at 11:15 and showed up on time for our 11:30 ADR.

Yes you can. It will just tell you that you have something overlapping scheduled at that time. But it still lets you book it.

When I did it, if it was part of the 4 options (for all 3 FP+) that it initially offered, when I selected an option it would not even warn me if it was scheduling one of the FP+ over an ADR. If I tried to change a time or experience individually and put a time that was at or near an ADR then it would give me a warning, which I could override I would suggest having either a print out of your ADRs, or something else with a screen that has them up on it, next to you while you do your FP+.

In the 4 options it gives you, it definitely doesn't care if one of the times is over the ADR. I had one day that I picked an option and wasn't really going to bother messing with the times- then I looked from the FP+ schedule showing on my PC, to the ADR schedule on the phone in my hand and realized I had a FP+ that I needed to move.
