Can i book for other people through DISSavers?

If I join Dissavers, can I only book for myself? Or can I book for others? Since I have started going to WDW family and friends have been askign me to help plan thier trips. If I plan trips for others through Dissavers, can I get the 10% commission?

You may make reservations for up to nine people traveling with you.

If a reservation will be in someone else's name, they will have to have their own DISavers membership.
