Can I add people to ADR?

My sister just decided to go to WDW when we are there in April. I have already made ADR"S for our trip. We will all be on the DP. Can I call and change my ADR's from 4 to 8 people? Will this be a problem with a large group? Any advice is appreciated!

You can call and have then check for availablity. Don't let them cancel your original reservation until you have the new one made. Also when making them they may say you will have to split up. On check in tell the hostess you have 8 and would like to sit together. They will try their best to take care of you.

Can't add them, only make a new ressie if there is availability. the only one you will have a problem with besides buffets will be LeCellier, if that's on your list. I just finished making my late April/early May ADRs and while I had no problem making ADRs for 2, on our second week when we have a larger group (only 6), it took 3 different days before the CM could find a time to accommodate a party of 6, unless you want 4:00PM or after 8:30PM, so you need to get on the phone soon. As the other poster said, they have to make new ADRs for the new party, then cancel your old ones.

I just did this the other day because my aunt and uncle decided to come too. I actually had to make new reservations, which all ended up within 25 minutes of my original reservations. Since my aunt and uncle bumped our group up to 14, I had to go through group reservations, but it was no problem.

We did this on one of our trips last year and didn't have any problems at any of the restaurants.
