We are paying for it, and it would be a surprise. Thanks!

I just did this.....

I have a ressie for 5 nights with free dining at POFQ.....

Within those 5 nights....I booked a room for 2 nights
at POR so DH and I can escape....mom is coming....
I told CM I was doing this....didn't want anything cancelled....
No Problem

Disney does not do "surprise" reservations. You are required to provide CORRECT address information for the guests in the room so unless your parents reside with you their reservation information would be sent to their address.

Honestly, your best bet would be to book their room through a travel agent who will handle all the arrangements and documents for you to avoid any surprise spoilage.

Made it this afternoon with no problems. Just gave them their first and last name, no address, phone, nada. It's on my CC and was sent to my email. I looked at it on line at the WDW site, and it's all good! So CRO can do it!

I always made my in-laws reservation. I gave their name but had everything sent to my address since they are not Disney savvy. I never had a problem with it. A few days before we left I just gave them their ME tags and their paperwork! Have fun!
