Can DVA be used to buy MM and MB?

Trying to learn all the ways for savings.
Please do you know if we can use the money on Disney Vacation Account to also buy magic bands and memory maker?
If so would this purchase qualify for the $ 20 gift card for every $ 1000?
I did read online at their website that not all purchases qualifies.TIA.

You can buy the MM with it - you would use the DVA account number as your GC #. I'm not sure about the MB as think you can only buy them via the disneystore.com website (online), so I don't think the DVA works. You cannot use the DVA in the parks. Any purchases using the DVA does qualify towards the $20 per $1000.
