Can DDE be Used with Fantasmic Dinner Package?

I am still trying to make my mind up about an AP and DDE. I saw that DDE is good at the very same restaurants that are available for the Fantasmic dinner package. Can you use the card for a 20% discount on the package?

They didn't give us a discount when we went last nov. but there are several posts over in the Restaurants board that said they did get a discount. They are not supposed to give you one, but some servers have been not following the "rules".

If you ask when you call Dining for a ressie, they will tell you no.

So don't plan on it. But ask anyway.

I just read the info that came with our DDE cards. It says no to fantasmic. But, it can used at those same restaurants without the fantasmic add-on.

We were'nt allowed to use it at Hollywood & Vine in May when we ate there as part of the Fantasmic Dinner Package.

That's odd. I used mine at the Brown Derby in January (and again I think in April) and was given the discount.
