Can banked points be transferred?

Just a quick question, thanks if anyone knows the answer.

No- points that have previously been banked or borrowed may not be transferred. Only current points may be transferred.

Transferred points may be banked however. Since they were originally current points, they maintain that status and can still be banked by the new "owner".
