Can Anyone Use a Disney Catalog OUTLET coupon?

I received a 40% off your entire purchase postcard/coupon for use at any of the Disney Catalog Outlet stores. Unfortunately, I cannot make it to the one closest to me (6+ hours) during the sale so I thought I would see if anyone else can use it. The coupon does say that it can be used by me or current resident so I think it should be easily used by someone else.

Remember - this is only good at the Catalog Outlet stores - not the regular Disney stores or even the outlets in Orlando. Here is a list of the stores where it can be used:

Alabama, Foley - Riviera Centre Factory

Delaware, Rehoboth Beach - Rehoboth Beach Outlet

Missouri, Branson - Tanger Factory Outlet Center

South Carolina - Jonesville Factory Outlet

Tennessee, Sevierville - Tanger Center Five Oaks

Texas, San Marcos - Tanger Factory Outlet Center

Virginia, Woodbridge - Potomac Mills

The coupons is good from August 6 - 17, 2003. The 40% is not good on videos, dvds, or collectibles.

What a nice offer. It is to far a drive for me as well. Do they list a website as I woud love to get on their mailing list.
