I need to know if Hoop Dee doo takes disney rewards points! Anyone have experience with using points there?

Do you mean you want to pay with your rewards points card? I think you can use it all over on Disney property. I've used it for many things, and at other restaurants. I don't see how the Hoop de Doo would be different. I think you could....
