Can anyone tell me how to clear cache.

My email outbox has not been working lately. Last week I sent out over 100 emails to posters requesting my Disney Planner. These files were huge and eventually I was unable to send anymore emails. I was getting constant errors and had to reboot my computer each time I tried sending another email. I deleted all of my 'Sent Items' and still get the error. I was wondering if clearing the cache would help. Thanks so much for your help.

We have a Dell 8100, Windows Me and use Internet Explorer

I'm just a novice tech person here, but I do use IE. To clear my cache, I go to:

Tools > Internet options

Under the General tab > Temporary Internet Files, I click on Delete Files.

I then get a pop up window asking if I want to delete all offline content, which I usually do.
