Can anyone tell be about the crowds? I am looking at visiting the last week in April or the first week in May. I have been to US/IOA but only in Jan/Feb. The crowds then have been non-existent but what about later in the spring?? I don't think it would be too bad but what about class trips??

Should I really look at the Universal hotels for FOTL?? Will I need it? I would love to stay there but the price is really hard to swing.

Low to moderate crowds at that time since spring break has wrapped up and schools are still in session. I try to go sundays thru wednesdays in May to avoid school trips and events which seem to happen later in the week. I think most school trips start a bit later in May anyway but I'm not definite on this.

I have never used fotl at this time of year and had mostly 5 - 10 minute waits, but to be safe get an early start and hit the major attractions first while its still quiet in the parks.
