Can anyone tell me about the YC concierge?

I know there is a whole thread on the YC/BC but it is way too long to sort thru. WE have stayed Poly concierge, would we be disappointed with YC? WE love the Boardwalk area as we have stayed at BWI once.

I'm curious, too, if anyone has any recent reports of YC concierge also. I'm trying to talk my DH into concierge rather than BCV again for 2004.

stayed there 8 night and everything went great- a little stuffy for kids but they adapted well- they did have a child table and tv for part of the time but it disappeared half way through

tnkrbell-is there a way to view your photos without signing in? I can't seem to get to them at all.

I'm interested in hearing more about YC Concierge too, we are thinking of booking for next Jan and our DS will be 7. How were the CMs and did you feel the extra cost was worth it?

I wasn't all that happy with the YC concierge. I've stayed at YC, BWI, GF, Poly, and AKL concierges, and YC was towards the bottom.

The staff was generally disinterested, had a HUGE roach on my suitcase (not a palmetto bug), power went out during stay, lounge was stuffy and formal, I just didn't like it.

It was more formal than BWI. If you really love the Poly you will probably not care for the YC. Where the Poly is friendly and casual, the YC is stuffy and formal.
