Hi - we are due to go to orlando in november with ou then nine month old grandson (his mum is coming too) We are hoping he will still be ok in his car seat that attaches to his pushchair. We have emailed Disney and Univeral to see if there is anywhere we can leave the car seat while we are at the parks as I feel he would be much more comfortable being able to nap etc rather than it be too confined in his car seat bit. I have had no replies yet and I think possibly I wont get any so I was wondering if anyone would be able to find out if there is actually anywhere that a car seat could be left?
Thank you all in advance!!!

If you're renting a car can you not leave it in the car?

Alternatively you could ask at Guest Relations when you enter the parks but they might not have anywhere to store things :sunny:

'Great minds' and all that eh.............? :rotfl: ;)

When evie was 5 months she was comfortable enough in her push chair and we left the car seat in the car. She seemed cooler in her pushchair than in her carseat as well. :sunny:

Were not hiring a car otherwise we would have done exactly that!!!!

Leave the car seat at your accommodation then and just take the pushchair bit? :sunny:

As CJ is a 'warm' baby we are certain that he would be too hot in the car seat part for the day even in November!!
Due to a certain number of factors hiring a car is a no go so we stuck with taxis and this problem so would be glad of any input from all!!!

DD is not too keen on having CJ on her lap in the taxi's otherwise that too would have been an option!!!

Oh dear :sad2:

Afraid I've run out of suggestions but, then again, I haven't travelled to WDW with a young baby before so I'm sure someone will have better ideas :thumbsup2

Not sure how the US law deals with taxis and children having to be in proper seat restraints.
Do some firms provide them?
Anyone? :confused3

Maybe call Guest Relations on - 001-407-939-6244 for Disney and
001-407-224-4233 for Universal, I am sure they would be able to advise on if/where you could store the seat.
