good heavens! I just got through and was told to call back in an hour because they are doing system upgrades. I mean really????![]()
After 30 minutes of nonstop calling, I finally got through. I was only on hold about 15 minutes. Was easily able to modify my existing reservation to include the free dining plan, which knocked about $1000 off my trip price!
all done! I called through at 12:20 and was with an agent in less than two minutes. she had just started work and was not aware there had been any problems.
the only thing I don't like is that the first day we arrive is not in the discount period (RO) so we actually had to make two reservations, one for the first day and the second for the rest of our stay. still worth the savings.![]()
Just booked online after waiting all morning. Got CBR! So their computers must be back up
So disappointing Disney tells me yesterday to call back ticket services today to resolve an urgent ticketing issue before my trip . Because they use a central server all phone lines get slammed and the office is only open between 930 and 430. 5 hours of busy tone or car units busy unfair to those that don't have a need for reservations
My DD, my TA is just know getting thru after being on hold twice, first time 2.5 hours and second time, 2 hours.I am trying to wait patiently to hear back from my TA. I know she has a lot of clients, but I want to know if she was able to get us FD.![]()
