Can anyone get through to Disney?

I have been trying to call non-stop, 2 different numbers, since 7:00 AM to apply the free dining special offer to my existing reservation. I keep getting "all circuits are busy". I don't want to lose out on this offer!! Very frustrating!!

Yes. My CM said that the phones get much more clear after 9 AM Eastern time. I was on hold since 8 AM on my cell, called from my other phone and got right through in 3 min when I called at 9.

I'm getting the same thing. I am making a new reservation and I saw a post that for new reservations, people seem to be getting right through to a CM.....but that, of course, is after getting through to the automated system to begin with .

I was thinking that might be the case and thought I'd wait another hour or two and try again after things settle down a little bit .

I actually called the 407-w-disney line to get through both times.

I also tried a couple of others listed in their website: 407-939-7543 and another one on the page they have for making reservations.

I called at exactly 7am EST and was put on hold. At exactly 8:30am, a CM finally came on the line and I was able to move resorts to get free dining.

45 minutes into being on hold I used my DD's cell to try calling and kept getting the "all circuits are busy" message so I hung up and stayed on hold with my original call.

In hindsight, had I known they were going to charge me the new park ticket rate, I would've just booked online and cancelled the ressie I already had and paid off under the old ticket pricing.

What can I say...I was trying to save myself $60 bucks. Didn't work, but it did save me $450+ with the QSDP!

It's 9:23 am central time here, and I can't get through either.

Figured as much, just glad all I have to do is modify my existing reservation. Hopefully we will all get through soon.

FYI, the website is wonky, too. I've tried to book a separate room reservation for December for the Florida Resident discount and it's given me 3 different amounts so far, and will not let me add it to my cart.

I finally got through after trying multiple times. It kept saying all circuits are busy but finally went through. Now I'm on hold.

I called right at the stroke of 7:00 and I was on hold for over an hour. By 8:30 I finally had my ressie changed to add free dining. (Had to change resorts- I was at POFQ) My Mom and sis have been trying to change theirs since then with no luck...it's 10:30 and they're still getting the "all circuits are busy" recording

Called shortly after 9 am (EST) and after I was on hold for 1 hr 15 mins, someone answered! This was after hitting redial multiple times.

And even though I had to switch resorts, I got the room discount (we don't check-in on the right dates for FD).

Patience is a virtue (that I don't usually have!)

I think it took me almost 2 hours of calling and getting a busy signal or all circuits are busy, but once I got through, I got a CM right after the system verified my info with no wait at all . She told me there were about 1,000 people waiting in the que ....but couldn't tell me how long they had been waiting.....so if that's the case, I don't know how I got right through .

I know it's frustrating not getting through at all, but keep trying. I agree about the website.....I priced some things out before calling and it went fine until I put it in my cart....then I would get a message that some things were taken out of my cart because they were no longer available . It kind of made me nervous thinking my resort wouldn't be available under the RO discount, but I got what I wanted .

Can't get through on the phone "all circuts are busy" all morning. And on line is very slow and show "room unavailble" for all rooms at POFQ and AKL for mid-October.

If this is all really true, the economy must be booming!

Can't speak for the FD offer, but Orbitz is offerring some NICE room only offers, no hold, just online booking. I just got a steal on CSR. Use code HOTEL10 for an extra 10% discount.

I believe Travelosity is also offering a RO discount.

Do it fast, these were up yesterday as well, and gone by noon. They may not be back this time.
