Can anyone check availability for me?

Hi all,

I wonder if its possible for anyone to check availability for me. We have just passed ROFR on our first contract and suspect it will be another month at least before we can look at booking hotels. We would also like to book flights as these seem to be cheap at the moment (we are from the UK).

We also need to wait a little longer to see if my OH falls pregnant. I am just getting slightly concerned that as we will probably be into 8 months from our UY there might not be availability for what we want. If anyone can check (or has another idea as to how we can do this), I would be grateful.

We are looking at 15 to 29 April 2021 SSR (our Home resort) then 29April up to 6 May at AKL.

All SSR open for entire month April and may no treehouse villas left. All Kidani avail April and may. Jambo all open too except for any value level ( only 3-4 of 6 days) and concierge (only 3 of 6 days). Jambo value any size room will be first to go and rarely pop back up.

Thanks very much. We would only have enough points for studios anyway. So from what I get from your post above We could do SSR studio and Kidani studio?

If the worst came to the worst and we couldn't do AKL that wouldn't be a problem, we would just look to do all of our stay at SSR (if available).

If AKL is not your home resort then you won’t be able to book there for another 2 months unless you are not using your own points for that.
AKL deluxe studio 99pts standard view or 126pts for savannah view.
SSR should be fine to book, they are 212 standard and 240 preferred

Thank, we have only just passed ROFR anyway so might be that long before we even get the points.

My Rofr passed mid March I think the 16th or 17th I can’t recall exactly but the deed recorded on 3/23 and points were there by 4/11 not sure if that helps to know for guesstimating your timeline.. I did call and ask where points were because it was the beginning of everything being shut down with covid and I thought it would have been left aside til everything reopened.. I think most people get points 2-3 weeks after the deed is recorded, but not sure since everything is delayed now, less people working. Good luck with Everything.. I’m sure it will go through, I read Disney has not bought anything back since March and all is going through.

It is currently taking over 6 weeks from deed recorded to points available. ROFR is 40-50 days but has been slowly improving.
