AM I SO HUNGRY?
I have been hungry since I woke up. Instead of having a yogurt for brekky, as I normally do, I had a protien bar, figuring I could handle the extra calories and halp stablize with the protien. By 10:00am, I was ravenous! I had a burrito. Again, reasonable calories and loads of protien. Here it is 1:20 pm and I am about to melt down. What gives? I have been drinking water like mad to help, but it just isn't doing the trick. Could it be that I'm exhausted and just think I'm hungry because I'm run down? Sometimes when I'm fatigued, I feel like eating all day, but this is a seriously unhappy, growling tum!
Any suggestions? I'm having a humongous salad right now and may have a glass of milk with it. That will bring my caloric intake to over 800 calories and the day isn't even half over. (I'm shooting for 1200-1500/day and have been pretty satisfied around the 1300 level until today!) Was thinking Subway for dinner (DS has a football game 4:30-6:30. Could they choose any other time but the dinner hour?), so that would only add another 300, if that's all I eat for the rest of the day, and that sounds pretty daunting. Couldn't have wine this evening that's for sure!
Anyone else with this problem? How did you deal with it?

) Maybe it's just catching up to me. I did set a pretty ambitious (for me, anyway) goal. I don't know. I'll just have to wait and see. Tomorrow I should be able to get to the gym, or at least do some strength training at home. Thanks for all the input! You guys are the best!
