Can an ebay expert please help me with delivery confirmation?

I am trying to work with the shipping assistant program, but I'm not 100% sure I can do what I want.

I am shipping a DVD via media mail and would like to add delivery confirmation. Can I do this with the shipping assistant program? Is it 13c?

I am trying to search through the ebay thread because I'm sure the answer is there, but it's so long.

I still haven't been able to get SA to work on my computer yet. But I do know you can use DC and Insurance on Medial Mail. I looked it up on the USPS.com site.

So I assume you should be able to get DC to work on SA. You just may or may not get the discount for preprinting the label.

Try experimenting with the SA on just regular priority, etc where you can print the labels without postage. I know it took me a try or two and I had to download a javascript file or something to use it. But within a half hour it was working fine for me.

You may have to switch PC settings if you have it set to not accept downloads.

Got it to work & I got the discounted rate!

It's a pretty nice program & worth installing. You can print labels & DC for a bunch of different kinds of mail.

The guy at the post office was very nice & helpful. He even told me I could tape over the bar code!
