Can a toy be attached to rental Citimini?

We leave tomorrow morning.

It's our first time renting a stroller and I have never seen a City mini up close.
I know the rentals do not come with a tray or lapbar. Will there be somewhere to attach a stroller toy?

We used those linking rings you can buy to attach a toy to ours. You can see them in this picture.

You can also use one of those toy leashes, but that might be a little short depending on the toy.
