Maybe a REALLY big one can, but if you are talking about getting from the airport to WDW, I don't think there is a large enough stretch limo to hold all of the luggage...

No! They hold from 8-10 people. Luggage would be a BIG problem.

I have 12 people that I am trying to make transportation reservations for in October. I am finally decided on Southern Elegance's mini-bus, which holds 15 (and should have plenty of room for luggage).
