OK I laughed out loud and scared my DS in the other room when I focused in on flat winkers in that picture. Oh and I wasn't even thinking "Asian w/a mullet" I was already laughing out loud at just moustache and a mullet.

It was mid eighties I think...we'll see what I can dig up....

I saw them all the time when I worked at Disneyland. So to me they're old hat.

Uh, do you have problems giving people traveler's cheques? I've never used them before, but I would bet a lot of cashiers have never dealt with them before.

I've never used them anywhere but WDW and it doesn't seem to be too much of a problem.

Traveler's Checks are basically like insured cash. You just sign it and it's treated like cash.

The only difference is that if you lose your TCs or have them stolen, you can have them replaced in about 24 hours....

I'd like to throw my 2 cents in for Beaches & Cream as well! We plan on taking the crew for a "Kitchen Sink"! Besides that I hear awesome things about their burgers!

Well, if you need one, I found a Member's Only jacket in our hall closet the other day. Oh the memories of that one! I am picturing in my head a photo from WDW taken in 1985ish. My family of 5 plus our friend's family of 3, all donning our maroon Member's Only jackets.

3 DAYS!!!!!!!

PS: I'm with everyone else on needing the mullet pic!

I know I could use them, but as I said, the Traveler's Checks are more a function of tradition than the fact that I actually enjoy using them. I feel like I'm on vacation when I use TCs. Hard to really explain...

I don't think I ever had a Members Only jacket as my parents thought they were too expensive.
