Can a point ressie be combined with cash?

We currently have a 1-bedrm ressie in April and we are thinking of bringing a friend and would like to change to a 2-bedrm.

We would rather pay cash for the difference in the rooms.

Has anyone ever had this type of arrangement with MS?

You can't pay the difference in cash. What you can do is book some nights points, some cash (if available). For example Sun-Thurs points, Fri-Sat cash.
